As you can imagine, this is a program that relies heavily on psychoanalytical processes to help you lose weight.  The Dr. Phil plan, aka “Shape Up!”, calls for moderation above all.  Watch your portions, watch your salt and fat intake, and load up on foods that are high in nutrition and fiber.  All good advice.  We are not sure why we need the corpulent Dr. Phil to tell us this.
