BioSlim is an excellent choice if you are serious about losing weight. BioSlim provides both nutritional support and powerful weight loss Formulas, along with a total system for healthful weight loss. (There's even Super BioSlim, an extra-powerful program for the fastest possible weight loss.)  All in all, this is a complete package made by doctors who really seem to know what they're doing. BioSlim is the best weight loss program I've seen.

BioSlim begins by asking you to watch a 30-minute videotape where the doctor explains every part of the program. That was actually pretty painless, and more than a little interesting. I learned a lot just watching that.

Next, you start the main program, which has 3 basic parts: the Formulas, plus the food and activity plans. You take the Accelerator product for 12 days, at the beginning. That really seemed to give me a boost, and I lost 4 pounds in those 12 days. (I am not sure if it was the Accelerator or the food I was eating that gave me those results – but then I don’t really care!)

After Accelerator, you’re on a combination of “Vita/Min Plus” and “SlimTone Formula”. The former is a multivitamin/multimineral supplement which I loved – I intend to stay with it forever (threw out my bottle of 1-a-day multis). SlimTone is BioSlim’s weight loss formula.

I lost a LOT of weight on this program (38 pounds). And so far so good… it’s still off, and I feel great.

All in all I found:
- The Formulas were excellent. Felt great, lots of energy, plenty of weight lost.

- The food plan was pretty easy to follow. Junk food is definitely out, but other than that, I had a lot of different foods to choose from. (Their cookbook has some very interesting recipes too!)

- The activity plan is simple, not a problemf at all. First time that’s happened to me!

- I once wrote the doctor (don’t ask why, it’s personal!), and another time called in to their customer service. Amazingly enough, the doctor answered me within an hour, and customer service was soooo friendly and helpful... almost too good to be true.

My rating: BioSlim is amazing. None better, so far as I am concerned.
