					  <title>Dr. Phil&#226;&#128;™s Diet</title>
					  <link>http://www.dietreview.org/articles/9/1/Dr.-Phil%E2%80%99s-Diet</link>
<description>As you can imagine, this is a program that relies heavily on psychoanalytical processes to help you lose weight.&#160; The Dr. Phil plan, aka &#226;&#128;œShape Up!&#226;&#128;, calls for moderation above all.&#160; Watch your portions, watch your salt and fat intake, and load up on foods that are high in nutrition and fiber.&#160; All good advice.&#160; We are not sure why we need the corpulent Dr. Phil to tell us this. </description>
