					  <title>Caveman Diet</title>
					  <link>http://www.dietreview.org/articles/6/1/Caveman-Diet</link>
<description>Also known as the Paleo, or Paleolithic Diet, or Neander-thin, this plan claims that if we eat as our caveman ancestors did, we will lose weight.&#160; The theory is that foods that are derived from agriculture and technology are bad for us, and that the healthiest way to eat foods is in their closest-to-nature form. Basically, it&#226;&#128;™s a low carb diet.&#160; It eliminates processed foods, all baked goods, coffee, alcohol, beans, sugar, artificial sweeteners, and starchy vegetables.</description>
